Do you deliver?

Do you charge a delivery fee?
Typically $6. Weddings vary, but
are usually run $25 for two employees to set-up.

Can you send orders out of state?
Yes. In fact, to almost anywhere
in the free-world.

What will that cost?
The wire service domestic fee is $6.95 (US & Canada). Beyond, there is an additional $15.00 cable fee.

Can I pick-up flowers if I phone or internet order ahead of time?
Yes, of course. Just let us know the time and date you wish to have them ready.

At this time we strongly recommend you schedule an appointment with us (preferably evening or late afternoon) so that we can go over the myriad details in person, uninterrupted.

Do you pre-book orders for a certain date? Do you have standing orders?
Yes. Whether you are interested in a one-time order, or regular standing orders (i.e. every
Friday, every birthday/anniversary/holiday, next Christmas), we take care of this for you. Many customers find this a great convenience and comfort, not having to worry about accidentally forgetting an important date.

Do you take credit cards? Do you keep them on file?
We accept all major cards, but do not keep them on file unless specifically requested. In that event, your account will be balanced at the end of each month and your card will be charged at that time.
